Spring Activities Fair Details

  1. All student groups must check in with SAO Staff/Volunteers prior to the Activities Fair in the Great Hall Annex between 9:00-9:55am on Tuesday, Feb. 5th, 2008.
  2. Any student groups that do not check in by 9:55am on Tuesday, Feb. 5th will forfeit their reserved space to any student group in attendance that does not have a reserved space.
  3. Tables must be staffed at all times by the student group that has reserved the table.
  4. Tables and/or distributed printed materials must include the student group's name and contact information.
  5. Sales of goods/fund-raising activities are not allowed at the contact tables during the Activities Fair.
  6. Handing out of prizes and "free gifts" is permitted during the Activities Fair.
  7. Student groups will have an opportunity to pick their table upon check-in.
  8. Some tables may be located near electrical outlets that student groups can access during the Activities Fair. However, student groups may not reserve these tables ahead of time, they may choose them only after they have checked-in. Any electrical cords will need to be provided by student group, and may not cross any walking space.
