Forum Committee

MPAC's Forum committee consists of student committee chairs and volunteers that seek to bring in local and national speakers to engage, inform and entertain the campus community. It is Forum's duty to provide a diverse schedule of events that cover topics ranging from controversial debates to entertainment. Past events include visits from Sex and the City author Candace Bushnell, Public Enemy's Chuck D, Michael Moore and Kevin Smith. It is this balance that allows Forum to contribute to both the educational and social aspects of campus life. Volunteers are needed to assist in event planning and marketing. Please contact suaforum@umn.edu or call (612) 626-6919 for more information!
