Delivery Information

Care Package deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding University holidays. Online orders received by 12:00pm CST are delivered the following business day.

You have the option to enter a date for packages to be delivered in the future. Packages can also be picked up at the Gopher Express.

Free On-Campus Delivery

On-Campus Delivery includes all University of Minnesota buildings and residence halls on the East Bank, West Bank, and St. Paul campuses. The ordering page includes a complete list of all on-campus buildings; if your location is not listed, it is an off-campus delivery.

Off-Campus Delivery

$8.99 + tax

Off-campus delivery is available for $8.99 plus tax to the following Minneapolis zip codes only:

We will contact off-campus recipients directly to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

Care Packages Return Policy

If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us within seven days of delivery and appropriate measures will be taken to resolve your concerns.

Undeliverable Packages

We make every attempt to arrange suitable delivery dates and times for off-campus recipients. After arranging delivery conditions, our carriers will make one attempt to deliver the package. If the recipient is not available and there is not a secure location to leave the package, the package will be deemed undeliverable. If the delivery address or phone number provided by the sender is incorrect, or if our attempts to contact the recipient are unsuccessful, the package will also be deemed undeliverable.

Undeliverable packages are held for 7 business days following the delivery date. During that time we contact the recipient and inform them that their package is ready for in-store pickup. We will also notify the sender of the delivery delay. If after 7 business days the package has not been claimed, we will cancel your order and issue a refund to your credit card. All cancelled orders are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Gopher Express does not guarantee delivery in every instance and reserves the right to reject any order in the exercise of its reasonable discretion. Gopher Express shall not be liable for incidental, special, or indirect damages of any kind arising out of this order. Customer agrees that the maximum liability of Gopher Express for any direct damages arising out of this order shall not exceed the amount of the order itself.
