Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International aims to provide programming and fraternalism in line with it's motto, "Service to the student, the school, the profession, and the community." We try to live out this motto by providing academic, professional, service, and social programming. We also provide opportunities for networking and fraternalism. Join PAD and see why we're the nation's largest and best law fraternity!

Group's principal activities, events, or programs:

We provide programming in four main areas: Academic, Professional, Service, Social. Usually, this takes the form of presentations and lunches at school. Sometimes, it is an off campus event such as our Quad School Charity Ball.

How this group's activities benefit the University community:

We are a professional fraternity. We help groom our members for entry into the workforce. We also emphasize fraternalism among our members and the community in general.

How this group fits into its categories:

We are a co-ed, fraternal organization and that is our first and foremost goal -- to build fraternalism among our members. We are co-ed, hence the selection of both fraternity and sorority.

How to get involved with this group:

We do not have consistent meeting times, but they can contact Chapter Justice Nadia Wood at wood0810@umn.edu. There is a membership application and a one time initiation fee. There is also an initiation ceremony that is publicly held. We do not discriminate and we do not haze or "pledge."
