Alpha Gamma Delta is a women's organization that strives for the positive development of women through philanthropic activities, leadership opportunities, and scholastic excellence. Contact us for opportunities and enrichment.

Group's principal activities, events, or programs:

Our principle activites revolve around oustanding academics, sisterhood events, and philanthropic efforts. All community service completed collectively supports the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation, a primary contributor of the American Diabetes Foundation and also the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

How this group's activities benefit the University community:

We welcome the opportunity to contribute to the campus community. All members are encouraged to be involved in and outside of Alpha Gamma Delta. Members participate in various U of M affiliated groups such as STLF (Students Today, Leaders Forever), Active Minds, Minnesota Student Association, Admissions Ambassadors, PRSSA, Society of Women Engineers, and more.

How this group fits into its categories:

We fall into the category of social sorority because our chapter (and overall organization) partake as members in the National Panhellenic Conference, which is a collective majority of Greek fraternity and sororitiy organizations on many college campuses.
