Group's principal activities, events, or programs:
College Mock Trial is governed by the American Mock Trial Association. The American Mock Trial Association releases a case each August. The case is used for competitions through the end of March.
Schools from around the nation create teams of approximately eight students to compete in competitions. Each team must prepare both a plaintiff/prosecution case and a defense case as they will need to argue both sides at tournaments.
