Student Services Fees are semesterly fees paid by all students at the University of Minnesota. Registered Student Groups and Administrative Units can request funding from this pool of money for the following academic year. Groups must present their request each February to the Student Services Fees Committee, providing reasoning and rationale for their request.

Request 2010-2011 Fees For Your Student Group
If your group is interested in applying for Student Services Fees funding, you must fill out the following application and budget sheet and submit them electronically to the Fees Committee Advisor, Erich Martin no later than January 22nd, 2010. You may email the completed documents to marti351@umn.edu or burn them to a CD and deliver it in person to the Student Activities Office in Coffman Room 126. Printed applications will not be accepted.
If you are applying for fees, one member from your student group must attend one of the mandatory meetings for student groups. Available dates for these mandatory meetings can be found in the 2009-2010 Fees Timeline. These meetings provide further instructions and information about applying for fees.

- The fees application itself.
- Budget Sheet
- Student Groups must fill out their actual budget expenses from 2008-2009, their projected expenses for 2009-2010, and their fees request for 2010-2011. Groups' previous budget sheets may be available in the Fees Historical Documents.
- Handbook
- The Student Services Fees Handbook. The handbook includes all policies and procedures for the Student Services Fees committees and student groups applying for fees.
