Student Group Grants

2007-2008 Grants Available Now!

To better serve student groups, the grants process has been streamlined. Instead of five separate grant applications, we have combined all three Coca-Cola grant initiatives into one application. Additionally, the Student Activities Grants (Administrative & Event Partnership) have been combined into one application. This should make the application process much easier and more efficient for your group!

Here's a brief overview of the changes to our grant system:

Last Year

  • Apply online for each of the five grants separately
  • Mandatory grant hearing for each grant
  • Get half of the grant funds before, the remainder after the event
  • Grants awarded based upon application and group's presentation at hearing

Now

  • Two consolidated online applications for all five grants
  • No grant hearing is required, evaluated only on grant application
  • Groups must have pre and post-event meetings with a Student Activities Advisor
  • Get one lump-sum check 2-3 weeks after submitting signed statement of agreement at the pre-event meeting with a Student Activities Advisor
