When to Apply
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. All applications received by the Application Due Date will be reviewed at the corresponding Review Date, so long as the initiatives take place at least one month after the Application Due Date. If possible, complete your application further in advance of your event, and earlier in the academic year, to get optimal opportunity for funds.

How to Apply
To complete your application, here's some of what you'll need:
- Student Group name and assigned group ID #
- Names of partnering groups, if applicable
- Contact information (mailing address, phone number, email address, etc.)
- Amount you are requesting
- Name, date, time and location of event
- Number of anticipated participants
- Status of room/location reservations
- Information about food vendor(s) and status of food permit, if applicable
- Itemized details regarding supplies for event
- Publicity plan
- Plan for utilizing the grant logos
- Information about performers/speakers/presenters, including travel and lodging details, if applicable
- Detailed information about other funding sources
- Event implementation plan
- Details about admission fees, if applicable
- Overall purpose of event
- Description of how event will help to promote student development, diversity and/or a sense of community on campus
- Description of how event fits the eligibility for the grant initiative(s)
- Description of improvements to event, if it has been held previously
- Description of how will information be shared with the campus community, if applying for grants to be applied toward conference attendance costs
- Description of collaborative efforts for all partnering organizations
- Careful estimation of ALL event expenses and income
New Funding Limits
For on-campus events open to all students, community initiatives, or academic activities groups may apply for up to $1,000 each in the Administrative and Coca-Cola Activity initiatives. They may also apply for up to $500 in SSF Event Grant funds for single group events. All funding is also dependent upon the group's need and the group's ability to demonstrate their event fits within the initiatives to which they are applying.
Groups involved in partnerships, may apply for an additional $1,000 per group involved in the partnership to be eligible for additional SSF Event Grant funds.
Groups wishing to conduct development activities may apply for up to $1,000 in the Coca-Cola Development initiative.
University departments or individuals may apply for up to $1,000 per event to be considered for the Coca-Cola Academic Initiative.
Please note that annually, groups may receive a maximum of $10,000 in total grant awards from all grant initiatives.
