This information only applies to grant initiatives award recipients.

Before Your Event

Please complete the Statement of Agreement and bring it with you to your pre-event grant advising meeting with a Student Activities Advisor. You must call Student Activities at (612) 626-6919 to schedule this meeting. Your Advisor meeting will take place at Student Activities, 126 Coffman Memorial Union, 300 Washington Avenue SE, Minneapolis, MN 55455. The Statement of Agreement and your pre-event grant advising meeting are both required in order to initiate the check request for your grant award. This meeting must take place within two weeks of this award notification email.

Please note that if you have received a Student Services Fees (SSF) Event Grant award, a representative from each partnering organization must be present at the pre-event meeting AND a representative from each organization must sign the Statement of Agreement that is submitted at this meeting.

If Coca-Cola products are a part of your award, please contact Ernest Dohbila at Midwest Coca-Cola, edohbila@cokecce.com at least five business days prior to your event to order your beverages. You will need a copy of your award letter, what type of product you are ordering, where it should be delivered and a contact name.

After Your Event

You are responsible for scheduling your post-event Advisor meeting to take place within 30 days after your event takes place. At this post-event meeting, please submit the Project Evaluation, the Financial Report and your event expense receipts, if required

Please note that if you have received a Student Services Fees (SSF) Event Grant award, a representative from each partnering organization must be present at the post-event meeting AND a representative from each organization must sign the Financial Report that is submitted at this meeting.

Publicity

Remember, as a part of the grant agreement, you must include the appropriate grant logos on all of your publicity for the event.
