Certain events may require the use of our event staff at the rates listed below. All staff costs are assessed for a minimum of 4 hours, except where otherwise noted. Please contact (612) 625-7200 if you have a question regarding our staff policies.

Audio/Video Packages
Student Unions & Activities offers four basic packages designed to meet the needs of the majority of our customers. Please note MN State Sales Tax will be charged on all Audio/Video Equipment at the current rate of 7.775% in CMU and 7.125% in SPSC.
