Catering

The Student Center offers flexible catering policies, leaving the choices up to you. We can work with any licensed caterer giving you endless cuisine options for you and your guests.

While the Student Center can work with any licensed caterer, University Dining Services (UDS) is the on-campus catering provider. UDS offers a complete line of buffets and plated dinners for receptions. Food permits are required for any groups bringing food into the building for meeting or events. All food permits must be submitted to the Events and Conferences office ten (10) days in advance if the Department of Environmental Health and Safety approval is required. Catered events and potluck events require the approval of the Department of Environmental Health and Safety.

Alcohol

Customers wanting to serve alcoholic beverages at their event must submit an alcohol permit to the Events and Conference Office at least 15 business days prior to the event date. Registered student organizations should submit their permits to the Student Activities Office. The sale of alcoholic beverages in the facility is not permitted.
