North Star Ballroom Staging Kitchen
The North Star Ballroom staging kitchen is a preparation kitchen equipped with heat wells meant to keep cooked food warm, thus there are no ovens located in the staging kitchen. The kitchen is supplied with trash cans, extra liners, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels and clean linen cloths. The kitchen does not contain freezers, ovens, silverware or utensils for use. Cleaning instructions are posted in the kitchen on how to operate and clean the equipment.
Trash and Recycling
Trash and recycling is located in the Loading Dock. For assistance in removing your trash from the prep space, please contact a building manager at the Events and Conferences Office or on the lower level in Rm 18 or call 612-624-5118 or cell: 612-490-0554.
Staging Kitchen Assistance
- Events and Conferences Office must be notified if you plan on using the staging kitchen. The office is located on the lower level in Rm 42 or by calling (612) 624-8145.
